Key Responsibilities
- Convert home loan & mortgage leads into appointments and disbursals
- Manage end-to-end loan process with compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with banks & NBFCs
- Handle client interactions, documentation, and application submission
- Analyze loan files, assess eligibility, and resolve processing issues
- Prepare loan proposals and ensure smooth contract completion
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Home Loan/Mortgage/LAP
- Strong communication & client handling skills
- Good understanding of loan processing & financial analysis
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of compliance & regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate (Finance/Business preferred)
