Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience in home loans. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, converting leads into business, and ensuring a smooth home loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Company-provided leads: Work on leads provided by the company to generate home loan business.
• Connect with prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Explain suitable home loan products and guide customers through the application process.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans.
• Good communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and loan processing.
• Ability to convert company-provided leads into business.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
