Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the property buying or selling process. The role involves promoting residential and commercial projects, conducting site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through networking, marketing, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and investors.
  • Present and promote real estate projects to clients via meetings, calls, and site visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Handle client queries and guide them through the entire sales process.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to follow up on leads.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and project developments.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in real estate sales.

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Increments
