Position – Relationship Manager (Inside Sales)

CTC – 4 LPA

Location – Kanha (Jabalpur), Patkote, Binsar & Kanatal

Experience – 1-2+ Years

Job Purpose:

To make effective and successful sales presentations in different settings, stay updated with the organization's products and services, and close profitable deals to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets in a result-oriented environment

• Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients

• Delivering impactful sales presentations to convert prospects into customers

• Handling customer objections and resolving conflicts through regular interactions

• Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with high customer service standards

• Staying updated about new products and services

• Providing support in first-time holiday bookings for new members and generating referrals

Candidate Specification:

• Strong sales experience or willingness to learn

• Ready to work 6 days a week (week off between Monday to Thursday)

• Strong result orientation and execution skills

• High energy and passion for sales

• Customer-centric approach
