Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide consultative support on smart home automation solutions, and address customer needs with professionalism. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, providing guidance on products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with technical and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and negotiations
  • Knowledge of smart home automation systems, IoT solutions, and technological products
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Ahmedabad and engage with clients face-to-face
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
