Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Generate Life Insurance business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Build and manage a portfolio of affluent and high-value customers.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable protection and wealth solutions.
Achieve monthly business, sales, and revenue targets.
Generate referrals and new business opportunities through existing customer relationships.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and service excellence.
Cross-sell Life Insurance and related financial products.
Develop long-term customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.
Participate in sales campaigns, customer meets, and business development activities.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company processes.
