  • Freshers: 12,000–15,000 per month
  • Experienced Candidates: Up to 5 LPA + Performance Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers.
  • Promote banking and loan products.
  • Conduct customer meetings and field visits.
  • Build customer relationships and follow up on leads.
  • Assist with loan documentation and processing.
  • Handle collections and recovery activities, wherever applicable.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply!
  • Relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Sales, Field Sales, Microfinance, Collections, or Recovery preferred for experienced candidates.
  • Two-wheeler is mandatory.
  • Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
  • Minimum CIBIL Score: 700.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to work in field sales.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
