- Build and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients, understanding their business needs.
- Act as a point of contact for OEM partners and coordinate internally to meet service delivery expectations.
- Drive sales growth through effective account management and client engagement.
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- Ensure contract renewals, negotiations, and proper documentation are managed in a timely manner
