Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-NRI to join our Retail Banking team at IDFC FIRST Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the NRI business portfolio, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of NRI banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the NRI business portfolio by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients
- Understand the financial needs and goals of NRI clients and provide them with customized solutions
- Promote and sell NRI banking products and services, including NRI accounts, loans, investments, and insurance
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and converting leads into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes related to NRI banking and use this knowledge to drive business growth
- Represent IDFC FIRST Bank at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the NRI business and build brand awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry
- Knowledge of NRI banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of financial markets and products
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
