Job Description

A Relationship Manager for Non-Resident (NR) Business isresponsible for building and managing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, focusing on acquiring new clients and serving existing ones to meet revenue targets. Key duties include providing financial solutions for their needs, cross-selling banking products, and resolving client issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Core responsibilities

  • Client acquisition and retention:Acquiring new NRI clients through referrals and other channels, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Financial solutions:Providing tailored financial and investment solutions to meet client needs, such as asset products, loans, and wealth management.
  • Revenue generation:Meeting assigned revenue and sales targets by cross-selling products and services.
  • Client servicing:Serving as the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries, managing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Relationship management:Proactively engaging with clients through calls and emails, sharing insights on market trends, and tracking their financial activities.
  • Internal coordination:Working with other departments to provide seamless service and fulfill client needs.
