Role Description

The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will act as a key point of contact for customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding and training clients on platform features, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continued product improvement while achieving customer retention goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills to address inquiries and offer effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients, track customer needs, and proactively engage with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in using CRM tools and other software.
  • Experience in community management, real estate or technology platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
