Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering tailored financial solutions, and guiding them through the loan application process. The ideal candidate will support education loan and forex sales by engaging directly with students and parents. The role focuses on lead conversion, relationship building, coordination with internal teams, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving loan sales through strategic engagement with students, parents, and educational institutions. The role includes team management, lead generation, relationship building, and partner development, with a focus on achieving business growth targets. The candidate will have strong experience in financial services / lending / education loan sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling revenue in a competitive market.Day-to-day activities include customer support, advising on suitable products, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. The role may also include assisting with marketing initiatives to increase client engagement.
