Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored health insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing customer portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving set sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams, providing after-sales support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and customer service excellence
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales and business development experience, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Knowledge of health insurance products and the healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively
- Experience in managing customer portfolios and relationship-based interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
