Work Schedule- Working Days: 6 days a week
- 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturdays: Off
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays: Working
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong network and maintain high-quality exposure within the local market.
- Acquire new financial advisors/distributors and manage relationships with existing ones.
- Ensure AMFI certification (must be AMFI/NISM certified or willing to complete the certification within 6 months of joining).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advisors.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of financial advisors to achieve business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- NISM Distributor Certification Examination completed or willingness to clear it within 6 months of joining.
