Key Responsibilities
- Ability to create quality network & exposure in the local market.
- Acquisition and managing of new as well as existing financial advisors / distributors from the market.
- Should be AMFI Passed/or need to pass during 6 months after joining.
- Ability to build good relationships with advisors.
- Ability to lead the team of advisors
- Ability to train and develop advisors for business.
- Should have zeal to learn and then guide other advisors for different financial products.
- Should be interested in seeing themselves as a team (Advisor) managing a profile from day 1.
Skills
- Minimum Graduation Required
- Good Communication Skill
- NISM Distributors Certification Examination passed /or need to pass during 6 months after joining
Schedule
Working Days: 6 Days Working (1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday off, 2nd and 4th Working)
Working Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
