WhatYou'lldo

Account Management

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned MFI and banking partners, fostering long-term success and satisfaction.

• Implement partner-facing service delivery and projects, ensuring alignment with agreed priorities and business plans.

• Maintain high-quality data and reporting accuracy to support decision-making and verify program outcomes.

• Nurture strong working relationships that support partner performance and the achievement of impact goals.

Business Development

• Strengthen and expand relationships with key decision-makers within your partner portfolio and/or geographic area.

• Identifyand cultivate opportunities to growWater.org'sfootprint within the financial sector, including new partnerships, product innovations, or expanded financing programs.

• Support strategy execution and pipeline development forWater.org'sproducts and services.

Business Metrics & Reporting

• Delivertimely,accuratereporting and analysis of account performance, including program execution, fundingutilization, and projected impact.

• Translate performance metrics into insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and partners.

What Makes you a great fit

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• At least 5 years ofrelationshipmanagement experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in:Microfinance institutions (MFIs), Bankinginstitutions, NBFCsand/or MSME finance.
• Water and sanitation financing

• Demonstrated success inexpanding/scaling businesspartnerships, or business contracts.

• Strongrelationship-building, communication, and advisory skills.

• Proficiencyin written and spoken English.

Travel Requirement

• Up to 25% of domestic and international travel
  
  

Salary/Benefits

This position offers country-specific benefits and market-based, competitive salary as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.
