Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels to expand the client base.
  • Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably with a focus on Mutual Funds.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations governing mutual funds.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client relationships and track market trends.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide informed investment advice.
