Relationship Manager - MF

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing mutual fund relationships.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales of mutual funds products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote mutual fund products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank's mutual fund portfolio.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in relationship management within the BFSI industry.
• Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
