Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager at Medwell Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones. Responsibilities include meeting and interacting with clients, understanding their insurance needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with various internal teams to fulfill client requirements and handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Understanding of Insurance Products and Regulations
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
