We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager currently working in the Banking Sector who can build trusted client relationships and promote our premium international consulting services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager with 5-10 years of experience in the banking industry. The ideal candidate should have experience managing HNI or affluent clients, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for business development.

This role combines Relationship Management, Business Development, and Consultative Sales, offering the opportunity to work with clients interested in global residency and international business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand clients financial and international business requirements.
• Introduce suitable international residency, investment, and business consulting solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and regular follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Currently working as a Relationship Manager in a Bank (Mandatory)
• 5-10 years of experience in the Banking Sector
• Experience handling HNI, Priority Banking, Preferred Banking, Wealth Management, or Premium Banking clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Banking is preferred.
