Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Udaipur. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their financial requirements, and offer tailored home loan solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying opportunities for growth, evaluating loan applications, collaborating with the sales and credit teams, managing customer queries, and achieving business targets. The individual will also support customers through every stage of the home loan process with professional advice and reliable service in alignment with the company's values.
Qualifications
- Skills in client relationship management, customer engagement, and effective communication
- Proficiency in financial services, housing loans, and loan evaluation processes
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide tailored financial solutions
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local markets, housing finance trends, and industry practices
- Experience in banking, finance, or customer service is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in local languages is preferred to effectively communicate with clients
