Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted point of contact for restaurant and retail partners using Petpooja products. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, demonstrating product features, resolving customer issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support. The role involves regularly visiting client locations, gathering feedback, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Manager will also track account performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute insights to improve products and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, account handling, and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to clearly explain product features, address concerns, and support commercial discussions.
- Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS, POS, or software products, including comfort with demos, troubleshooting, and using CRM tools.
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize visits, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or retail technology, is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel locally within Lucknow and nearby areas for client meetings and site visits.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction.
