Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and generate business through BFSI/NBFC channels.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to achieve assigned business targets.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
