Role Description

The Relationship Manager - Life & Non Life Business is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role includes managing client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and promoting various life and non-life insurance products. Day-to-day tasks involve understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, assisting in client acquisition, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
  • Knowledge of life and non-life insurance products and services
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field

Salary

  • Fixed Salary : Rs. 25,000 per month + Incentives
