Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in LB Nagar. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new clients, focusing on the LB Nagar geographical area.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
- Develop and present customized financial solutions, including but not limited to loans, investments, and insurance, to meet client objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and adhere to all internal policies and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to enhance client experience.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investment, and insurance.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in local languages relevant to the LB Nagar area is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the LB Nagar region as needed.
