Business Development:

  • Acquire and onboard new clients
  • Achieve targets for loan book growth
  • Cross-sell products such as wealth, insurance


Revenue Generation:

  • Meet income targets from interest and fee
  • Increase wallet share by offering tailored solutions

Credit Appraisal

  • Prepare and submit draft credit proposals in conformity with Credit Policy guidelines and requirements and to maintain a high standard of credit analysis.
  • Collect and analyze vital data on clients i.e. annual reports, management accounts, interim reports, industry reports and all press cuttings e.t.c to acquire in-depth knowledge which will facilitate comprehensive review of assigned accounts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and timely issue resolution

Risk Management:

  • Monitor client creditworthiness and ensure compliance with risk policies
  • Minimize NPAs by maintaining a healthy portfolio
  • Prepare CAM for NTB and ETB renewals monitor covenants for existing contracts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product, credit, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.

Major Deliverables:

  • Maintain CRM hygiene by logging calls, updating opportunities, and ensuring KYC compliance
  • Provide market intelligence on sectors, competitors, and pricing contribute to AOP planning
  • Prepare MIS and portfolio analytics (utilization, profitability, cross-sell ratios) for governance forums
  • Support reviews, audits and compliance reviews close observations within timelines

Act as backup RM for selected accounts to ensure continuity of service.

Education Qualification :

Graduate Degree: B.Tech/B.Com/BA/BSc from an accredited university (full-time)

Postgraduate (Preferred): MBA/PGDM or CA/ICWA (Premier/Tier I preferred Tier II/III considered based on profile)
