Job Summary:**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Loan Against Property (LAP) clients in Vijayawada, focusing on client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Identify and acquire new High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and business clients for LAP products in the Vijayawada market.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, cross-selling other financial products as appropriate.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, clearly explaining terms, conditions, and benefits.
- Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes pertaining to LAP products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for LAP disbursements and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP) or secured lending.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly LAP, and credit assessment principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Vijayawada market and client base is preferred.
