Job Summary:**
As a Relationship Manager - LAP (Loan Against Property) based in Suryapet, you will be responsible for originating, developing, and managing relationships with clients seeking LAP products. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the LAP portfolio within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the Suryapet region.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to maximize business opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to credit committees, articulating the client's profile and the merits of the application.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP disbursements and portfolio growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth processing and sanctioning of loans.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes pertaining to the LAP sector.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Strong understanding of the LAP product lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, and disbursal processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of local market dynamics in Suryapet and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
