Job Description

We have excellent openings for Relationship Manager-sales role in Housing Finance team.

About the Role

  • Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel, DSAs and open market channels for Housing Finance department.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs
  • Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
  • Marketing and encashing catchment areas
  • Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Home Loan
  • Ensure additional revenue generation through cross – sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
  • Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
  • Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
  • Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
  • Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores

Qualification and Experience required :

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate professionals with good communication skills
  • Relevant Home Loan/Mortgage/ LAP sales of at least 4 to 8 years
  • Local candidates with relevant BFSI industry experience would be preferred

Grade Offered: Deputy Manager and Manager.
