Position Overview The Frontline Manager (FLM) is responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of Financial Advisors/Executives to achieve sales targets in life insurance and investment products. The FLM plays a key role in developing business through field activities, client acquisition, and maintaining high performance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Team Management - Identify, recruit, and onboard new Financial Advisors / Insurance Executives. - Conduct induction and training sessions for new recruits. - Motivate and monitor the performance of the team to ensure achievement of sales targets. - Handle performance reviews and drive accountability among team members.
2. Sales & Business Development - Achieve individual and team sales targets for life insurance and investment products. - Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and field activities.
3. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely service.
4. Reporting & Compliance - Ensure timely submission of sales reports and maintain compliance with IRDA norms.
5. Market Intelligence - Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
