Type - On Field individual contributor role
Compensation -
Base - ₹2lacs to ₹5 Lacs per annum Benefits - As per company policy
Bonuses – Performance based monthly incentives
Monthly Targets-Targets are defined monthly and typically start from ₹80k to 2.5 lakhs of total premium during probation i.e. for 3 months depending on the roles or designations and vary from 1 lakh to 3 lakhs per month after probation depending on the designations. They are realistic and aligned to market conditions as employees can sell muti organization insurance products under one umbrella and can get higher conversion rates
Skills Required-
Technical - Proven success in a customer facing sales role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Soft - Strong sales acumen,market networking, relationship-building, communication skills and negotiation skills
Experience - 1.5 to 5 years in customer facing sales(Insurance, DSA, NBFC, or banking sector).Must have continuously worked for the last 6 months.
Notice Period: Immediateto 90 days joiners preferred
Responsibilities/KPI -
You'll meet customers, understand their insurance needs, and help them choose the right life insurance product and take care of their financial needs of other insurance and subsidiary products. You'll be responsible for achieving monthly targets
