About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer relationship management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and support a sales team in achieving business objectives.

Candidates with experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, and Mutual Fund products are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set, monitor, and achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Support and guide the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve complex queries transferred by team members.
  • Mediate and resolve customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Insurance Sales is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, and Mutual Fund products.
  • Proven sales acumen and track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a sales team.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in Insurance or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
