We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and offer additional solutions as necessary.
• Manage and resolve client queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the insurance portfolio.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills to drive revenue growth.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services, including life, health, and general insurance.
