Role Description As a full-time Relationship Manager at Instantpay, you will build, manage, and deepen relationships with business customers using the platform. You will serve as a primary point of contact, understanding client needs, explaining product features, and recommending suitable banking solutions. Day to day, you will onboard new clients, conduct regular check-ins, resolve service issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. You will monitor account activity, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and support clients in adopting new features and enhancements. This is an on-site role based in Chhatarpur, requiring close collaboration with local teams and in-person interaction with key customers as needed.
Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, understand business needs, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales in financial services, fintech, or related B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex products in clear, simple language.
  • Comfort with digital banking platforms, payment systems, and basic financial concepts; prior exposure to modern or online banking products is an advantage.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, including handling escalations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and following through to resolution.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Chhatarpur, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.
