Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalandhar I, responsible for managing and growing client relationships across the firm's wealth and investment offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, engaging with existing clients to understand their financial goals, and recommending suitable products and services. The role involves regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, and coordination with internal teams such as investment advisors, product specialists, and operations to ensure smooth execution of transactions. The Relationship Manager monitors market developments and communicates relevant insights to clients, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The position requires proactive business development, meeting sales and relationship targets, and delivering a high level of client service.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management abilities, including prospecting, onboarding, and long-term client servicing skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and services such as wealth management solutions, capital markets instruments, and investment advisory offerings.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build trust with diverse client profiles.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market trends, evaluate investment options, and support clients in making informed decisions.
  • Proven sales and business development experience in financial services or a related sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High level of ethical standards, attention to detail, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (such as NISM, CFP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
