Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Bancassurance) located in Murshidabad. The Relationship Manager will focus on managing and enhancing relationships with bank partners, driving sales of life insurance products via bancassurance channels. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, achieving sales targets, conducting regular training and engagement sessions for bank staff, and maintaining detailed reports on sales and client relationships. Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management: Proven ability to drive sales through partnerships and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Customer-Centric Skills: Effective understanding of customer needs, with the ability to deliver personalized insurance solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Presentation and Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations and conduct training for bank staff.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Proficient in maintaining detailed documentation, analyzing sales data, and ensuring team alignment with goals.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Life insurance and bancassurance experience are preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Additional Beneficial Skills: Knowledge of financial products, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and fluency in regional languages.
