Salary: 22,000 30,000 CTC + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic candidates to manage customer relationships and assist clients in finding suitable matchmaking profiles. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing quality service, and driving revenue through sales and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable profiles
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle end-to-end customer interaction and follow-ups
Generate revenue through sales and renewals
Maintain service quality and reports
Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in telesales / inside sales / counseling
Good communication and customer handling skills
