Individual Role
Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company
Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
Manager Sales & distributions through DSA's
Empanel new DSA's from market & ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs
Experience in mortgage and working in DSA vertical will be preferred
Liaoning with Internal teams - Credit, legal, technical, RCU & Operations
Responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to customer & channel partners.
