Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Executive at Homesfy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct property sales, building strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. You'll be the face of Homesfy to prospective buyers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining strong developer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
Understand client needs and preferences, and offer tailored property solutions.
Conduct site visits with clients and provide thorough information on properties, pricing, and financing options.
Negotiate terms and close property sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and project launches.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
36 years of proven sales experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or high-ticket B2C sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
Comfortable with fieldwork, client visits, and flexible working hours, including weekends.
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
