We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to manage and grow HNI/UHNI client portfolios, drive AUM growth, and deliver comprehensive wealth advisory solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client engagement, portfolio management, and cross-selling while maintaining the highest compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand HNI/UHNI relationships to achieve AUM, IPH, and revenue targets
Deliver end-to-end wealth advisory across MF, LI, GI, PMS, AIF, Fixed Income & Structured Products
Perform financial planning, asset allocation, and regular portfolio reviews
Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business benchmarks (where applicable)
Supervise daily operations of Priority & NR Banking teams to enhance customer engagement and profitability
Drive cross-sell initiatives and improve Income Product Holding (IPH) across client portfolios
Monitor performance, provide coaching, and motivate teams to meet organizational goals
Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
Support smooth client onboarding, documentation, and service delivery
