Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-oriented and professional B2B Relationship Manager to build and manage relationships with sub-brokers, channel partners, franchisees, and financial institutions. The role involves onboarding new partners, supporting their business growth, and ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage sub-brokers, franchisees, and channel partners.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients and partners.
• Drive business growth by promoting company's trading platforms and financial services.
• Train and support partners on products, compliance, and operational processes.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Provide solutions and ongoing support to improve partner performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner operations.
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce graduates preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Relationship Management, or Partner Management, preferably in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of the stock broking industry and trading platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in financial services may also apply.
