Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Relationship Manager will engage with micro and small enterprise customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable loan and financial products. Daily responsibilities include sourcing new business, managing existing customer relationships, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring timely documentation and disbursal of loans. The role involves regular field visits, coordination with internal credit and operations teams, and monitoring portfolio performance and repayments. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, promoting HFS's values of transparency and honesty, and contributing to local market growth.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and provide excellent service to micro and small enterprise clients.
  • Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting targets sustainably.
  • Candidates should possess basic financial analysis and credit assessment skills, including understanding of cash flows, risk evaluation, and documentation requirements for lending.
  • Candidates should possess local market knowledge and networking skills, with the ability to develop partnerships and maintain a robust referral base in Vijayawada and nearby areas.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and follow-up skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely collection, and adherence to company processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in NBFCs, banks, or MSME lending is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and local language, basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools), and the ability to work independently in the field are beneficial.
