Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kanchipuram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients to meet their financial needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing financial solutions, cross-selling bank products, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and Handson experience in analysing P & L and Balance Sheet of an Corporate, structuring deals as per client requirement and align with bank policy.
  • Strong customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Capability in financial planning, sales, and cross selling.
  • Strong ability with go getter attitude and aggressive focus on income generation and new client acquisition from open market.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, and relevant industry regulations
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic IT skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer queries effectively
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the banking or financial services sector (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
