Role Description

This full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role is based in Assandh. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Key tasks include business development, cross-selling financial products, managing customer portfolios, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to the growth of the bank's customer base.

Qualifications

  • Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster strong connections with customers.
  • Experience in sales, business development, and cross-selling bank or financial products is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of customer portfolio management and financial planning techniques to address a variety of customer needs.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving capabilities to provide excellent customer support and guidance.
  • Understanding of banking regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to meet sales and revenue targets under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in banking software and digital tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in retail banking or financial services is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, team collaboration, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
