Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Rudrapur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and expanding the company's customer base. The role involves understanding customer needs, guiding them through the loan process, and ensuring a positive experience. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will work to achieve sales targets, collaborate with internal teams, and offer excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

- Knowledge of financial services, housing finance, and loan processes
- Experience in sales, business development, and achieving targets

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
