IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Punjab, India. As a Relationship Manager-First Wealth Pipeline, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new high net worth clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing them with customized solutions
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively offer new products and services to clients to deepen their relationship with the bank
  • Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay updated on market trends and changes in financial regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch and the bank

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing high net worth clients
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and loans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
