Fincart is hiring Phone Banking Officers to handle end-to-end loan support, from customer interaction to loan disbursement.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for loan products
- Explain loan offerings, eligibility & documentation to customers
- Assist customers through the complete loan journey till disbursement
- Collect, verify & coordinate required documents
- Follow up with internal teams, banks/NBFCs for processing
- Maintain accurate customer records and MIS
- Ensure high customer satisfaction & timely closures
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years (loan sales / telecalling / banking preferred)
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of loan products (PL, HL, BL, etc.)
- Customer-focused & target-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
- Phone banking / tele-sales experience
- Understanding of loan processing & disbursement flow
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Pay range and compensation package
CTC - 3 LPA to 5 LPA
