Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to build, strengthen, and manage relationships with clinics and healthcare providers within our network. This is a field-based role involving regular visits to partner clinics, lead generation, and driving indirect revenue for the organization.
Candidates with prior experience in insurance or health insurance and owning a two-wheeler will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics and healthcare providers
- Identify and onboard potential clinics to expand the provider network
- Generate leads and drive indirect revenue through strategic partnerships
- Act as a bridge between Even Healthcare and partner clinics to ensure smooth operations
- Guide partners on optimizing engagement with Even Healthcare services
- Conduct regular field visits to strengthen partnerships and resolve operational issues
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or health-tech industry preferred
- Strong understanding of clinics, healthcare providers, and insurance services
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field role
- Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler for field visits
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
