Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales position located in Bengaluru South. The Field Sales professional will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, managing sales transactions, and providing market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills while advising clients on investment opportunities in premium residential projects by top-tier developers.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through client meetings, cold calls, and field interactions.
- Engage with company-provided leads, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable property options.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure trust, satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the real estate market, current trends, and project developments to offer informed guidance.
- Contact and follow up with potential clients to create and convert new business opportunities.
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored property solutions that align with their budget and preferences.
- Strategize approaches, sales pitches, and presentations to effectively communicate project value.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients to enhance sales potential.
- Conduct cold calls to promote primary residential properties and generate qualified leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the organization.
- Participate in developer meetings, site visits, and channel partner events to stay updated on new projects and offers.
- Convert prospects into customers by presenting the most suitable residential projects that meet their lifestyle or investment goals.
- Facilitate negotiation meetings between buyers and developers/sellers to close deals effectively.
- Maintain daily reports of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress using CRM or reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market
- Customer service orientation and client relationship management skills
- Relevant experience in the real estate sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Should be comfortable to work on weekends, with a week off either Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Two Wheeler Mandatory.
