Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers (Sales Officers) for the Asset Business. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, and promoting Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, and MSME Loan products.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate
• Freshers interested in Field Sales can apply
• 1–5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, MSME Loan, or Financial Sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales activities
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Promote Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan & MSME Loan products
• Guide customers through the loan process
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Sales and customer handling skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel for field sales
